The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in, a strictly necessary session cookie keeps you signed in; it is HttpOnly and cannot be read by page scripts.
Contact inquiries
When you send an inquiry we store your name, email, company, website, industry and message, and whether you agreed to be contacted. We use them only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Inquiries are visible to authorized Capstra staff.
Client data in the service
For clients, we process data from accounts the client authorizes (for example search and analytics properties), business facts and sources the client provides, and content the client reviews. Each client’s data is isolated from other clients. Clients may revoke connections at any time and request an export of their data.
Healthcare-restricted clients use aggregate-only measurement; we do not collect patient information through measurement features.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and email providers to operate the service. Model providers are used for drafting and research only where a client has permitted hosted processing.
